VECTOR exercises can quickly raise the level of intensity when done in rapid succession and these full range of motion challenges help build overall endurance.

TRADITIONAL EXERCISES

While the VECTOR was specifically designed to offer new challenges from multiple angles, one or more units can also be set-up to deliver almost any traditional standard cable rack and pulley exercise at any indoor or outdoor location.

FOUNDATIONAL ATHLETIC AND SPORT SPECIFIC

VECTOR exercises can be applied for almost all sports to build mastery of basic natural movement patterns along with strength, mobility, stability and balance.  Once this athletic foundation is established, any athlete is better prepared to learn and execute more precise movements with greater speed, power and endurance.
