About Prehab

Traditional physical therapy addresses pain and injuries reactively, while Prehab takes a proactive approach, focusing on body care now to prevent future issues. The [P]rehab team combines rehab and prehab to help you alleviate pain, prevent injuries, and optimize your health and performance.

HOW THE PREHAB TEAM USES THE VECTOR SYSTEMS

Versatility & Constant Tension

Whether I'm targeting smaller muscles like the rotator cuff or challenging bigger muscles, the VECTOR lets me adjust resistance easily while maintaining tension throughout the entire movement.  VECTOR’s versatility and ability to deliver combinations of isometric and dynamic exercises really sets the system apart.

Train Acceleration & Stability

Here are two great ways to use the torso strap: acceleration, like in a golf, tennis, or pickleball swing, where you engage the core and legs while taking the arms out of the equation, or deceleration, focusing on strength and stability in the hips before transitioning into acceleration in the opposite direction.

All-in-One Versatile Tool

I can start with light resistance for upper body prep work and rotator cuff exercises at various angles, and with the same tool, instantly increase resistance for single-arm compound lifts like rows with rotation or presses—all in one tool.  VECTOR’s faster set-up time, dial-in resistance system and the ability to instantly swap accessories means we spend more time performing exercises with patients in each session.

Compact & Convenient Resistance

VECTOR is a great solution for  small clinics and spaces. For exercises like overspeed training, it's hard to use super bands in tight spaces, but with the VECTOR, I can quickly increase or decrease resistance with one click and keep my exercises consistent.
