VECTOR TRAINING EVOLUTION

VECTOR TRAINING EVOLUTION

WHAT’S DIFFERENT?

You train the way your body is designed to move so you will be stronger and more resilient for athletic performance and life.

Resistance Training:
The Basics

VECTOR Training has many wide ranging benefits that are
not unique to our systems. In fact, many forms of strength
training with proper levels of resistance will deliver an
increase in muscle mass and a corresponding reduction in
body fat when diets are appropriately moderated. And that
is the key. When you rebuild your body with muscle in
place of fat here’s what happens, you:

Increase Metabolism: Muscle burns more calories per pound than fat. Your body becomes a furnace instead of a storage facility.

Improve Bone Mass, Build Resilience for Injury Prevention, and Sculpt Your Body.

While the way most people resistance train has wonderful benefits, There is so much more it can offer. VECTOR Training will have you training the way your body is designed to move so you will be stronger in ways that truly matter for performance.

The Fundamentals of the vector Training System

We believe the ultimate goal of any training system should be to increase your body’s capacity and overall resilience for accepting and directing force. That’s what the best athletes in the world focus on, how top fitness coaches train their clients and healthcare professionals work with active aging and senior living clients to intelligently delay age related muscle loss.

Here’s what we champion:

Improvements

With a strong MOVEMENT foundation established, the next step is to include more PERFORMANCE exercises that specifically challenge an athlete to improve their thresholds and resilience for accepting and/or directing force in the patterns required for their sport.

Rotational athletes provide a great example. Increasing clubhead, racquet or throwing speeds requires foundational strength, resilience and the ability to fire kinetic chains and muscles in the most effective sequences and patterns. Similarly, speed and endurance athletes also benefit from 3D and COMPOUND exercises that incorporate mobility, stability and proper ranges of motion to address their performance demands.

When an athlete has both a strong MOVEMENT foundation and a training program with specific PERFORMANCE focused exercises, they are now better prepared to build and execute SKILLS that demand higher levels of power, speed and endurance.
