Our exercises and workouts place a greater emphasis on
ankle, hip, thoracic spine and shoulder movement ranges
that are appropriate for your body. In addition, we focus on
maintaining proper knee, lumbar and cervical spine stability
when exercising. When you train this way you increase your
capacity to perform natural movements (MOBILITY) while
building your body’s ability to stabilize (STABILITY) when
accepting or directing force.

3D and Compound
Movements
With the VECTOR TRAINING System, you perform exercises with
resistance coming from a much wider range of angles that are
connected to more areas of your body (“3D”). In addition, we
intelligently combine press, pull, lunge and squat movements so
you are engaging more muscles (“COMPOUND”) with each
exercise. With these 3D, COMPOUND movements you recruit more
muscles to perform new movement patterns, and significantly
raise the intensity of your workouts. This is how you raise your
metabolism and turn your body into a furnace.
