Meet our coaches
Don Saladino
Don is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Golf Channel and has a reputation for training some of the biggest names in Hollywood including Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Jake Gyllenhaal, John Krasinski, Liev Schrieber, Sebastian Stan, and Anne Hathaway. He opened the highly successful Drive 495 gym in NYC and transformed his business to online training during the pandemic.
TORRIE WILSON
Torrie is a WWE Hall of Fame athlete, model and widely recognized thought leader in fitness for women over 40. Torrie is the Founder of Fitensity, where she specializes in helping women over 40 get in the best shape of their lives.
BRIANA MASSON
Briana is certified in Classical Pilates and became an
instructor after an injury cut short her career as a
professional dancer on the stages of NYC. Now, Briana
trains some of the top professionals in the sports and
entertainment industries.
SETH FORMAN
Seth has worked with athletes of all ages and levels for over 20 years. Following grad school, he worked at IMG
Academies under the tutelage of Loren Seagrave and Pete
Bommarito before opening his own facility. In 2015, Seth
connected with the founder of Kayezen VECTOR and
conducted EMG research to discover muscle contractile
and intermuscular coordination responses to various
angles of resistance applied with VECTOR. Seth currently
consults for the Parisi Speed Schools and is the Lead
Master Trainer for the Fascia Training Academy (US).
